Excellent location perfect for the Scillonian Quay and walking distance from the railway station. Very clean throughout. Warm welcome. Lovely sea views from our room. Excellent value for money. Having our own key to come and go as we liked.

Lots of traffic noise throughout the night. No lift - could be a problem if guests have mobility issues. There was a large window in our bedroom but only two small opening panes and this could mean the room would be very hot in warmer weather.

Good location

The attic room was too low with too many beams to hit my head with which I did twice. Its just not appropriate as a room especially if you are 6ft 2in. Fine if you are Warwick Davies or a Hobbit.

There was no breakfast but the recommendation to Harbourside Café was great advice.

a simple improvement for me, is to have tissues in any room where I sleep.

Staff and location

Very narrow steps up to room. Hard with a suitcase

Nice and comfortable property and the sea view from the bedroom was a real bonus, as was the availability of parking. The location was good too: seafront (just the road between the hotel and the beach), and with a few restaurants nearby.
