"Worst hotel experience"

Don’t book the place. The only plus was the location close to the Ciputra and the places we were visiting during our stay. Nothing more.

Room looks much much worse and older than on the photos. The bed sheets were ripped and sewed many times, the room was smelly, no toilet paper, towel old and disgusting. The stuff was least helpful people I ever met. Breakfast is disgusting. I am vegetarian and asked them to remove meat and they kept bringing me meat.
