Riad Goloboy

Staff were excellent and really helpful. Helped us with teas, coffee and arranging a massage as well as giving advice and help us with a later checkout without any fuss. Fully recommend.

Super Instagrammy, if that's your thing. Very stylish art and design and very quiet despite building works going on both sides of the two building property. Loved the surround sound call to prayer whilst sitting in the pool. I enjoyed the mint tea on arrival and staff were very polite and welcoming.

Rooftop area could be more comfortable (the only place where there is sun) and cleaner. It was a bit messy and needed cleaning more regularly. There was building work both sides of the property (quite a lot of new builds going on in the neighbourhood from where the taxi drops you off and walk 5 mins to the Riad down a narrow lane), which wasn't much of a nuisance, and some renovation was going on in the second half of Riad Goloboy (the side without the pool)

Everything was exceptional, from the architecture, ambience, beautifully appointed room and delicious food to the warm and attentive staff. The riad is conveniently located just a short walk from the medina, and staying here allowed me to finally experience the authentic riad I had always dreamed of. Overall, it was the perfect introduction to Morocco for a first-time visitor.

The staff were attentive. The place is clean. Our room was large. The breakfast was good.

There were a few things that could have been improved - one of the hooks was missing for the towels in the shower room, the air con was ok but could have been better. The overhead shower didn't really work as the water pressure wasn't good enough, however there was a hand held shower as well which was great but it would have been good to have had a fitting so this could be used without being held. It would have been nice to have had bedside rugs in our room. These are just small things that would make a difference.
