The whole property is amazing - very comfortable and views are amazing

No TV’s in the bedroom - after a very lovely long day walking and then coming back to an amazing bath and chilling out we just wanted to lie in bed and watch a film but none of the 3 bedrooms have a TV which is the only thing that lets the property down

First class accommodation, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view and facilities. Little extras such as plenty of clean towels, toiletries and cleaning products were very much appreciated as were the delicious snacks and treats that were also provided for our stay. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the week, even when we experienced heavy rain and strong winds.

Nothing - no complaints at all. Lovely site.

2nd time staying at cove lodge was a shame to see the same stains as last year plus more on the living room rug i know its dog friendly but still could do with replacing, dust behind the bed nearest the living room was absolutely shocking didn't realise till the last day and I had a baby with chronic lung disease in that room for 2 weeks 😢 settee has about had it could feel all underneath when sitting on it, could really use some blinds on the windows as we had to keep stashing all food and drinks in all cupboards away from the glorious sun as it would melt everything/make everything warm, door seals on the bi folds still knackered a year later for the amount we spent which was a hell of alot would of expected a little better, cafe/bar on site not open wasn't last year and wasn't this year which was such a shame and nothing is mentioned anywhere about that, hard work for rubbish when there is 6 adults and 1 baby as the outside bins were tiny (1 recycling 1 general waste)

Stunning views and excellent location. Waking up to the view from the kitchen/living area every day was a dream. Excellent customer service and great response to any issues and questions we had during and after our stay. Kiya was especially helpful and very professional.

Needs a little tlc, a bit of a refresh, some repairs and some hooks in the bedrooms. Also recommended putting some blinds or curtains in the main room. Café was closed during our stay, which was a little disappointing.

Great location with stunning views. The coffee and gin provided were delicious. The master room was very spacious with a decent en-suite bathroom. I also love the slippers provided.

There was construction work going on most of the day. We were not informed of this before staying here and would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. The shared bathroom left a bit to be desired - the shower was too cramped...if one of the two sinks was removed and the shower extended it would be a much more useable space.

There was no hot tub. This was a crucial reason for selecting the lodge. It meant that our guests decided not to come as we had promised an evening in a hot tub and wine.

Hot tub was not available which was disappointing, but hosts were very apologetic and dropped in a gift by way if apology; but disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose the property
