The staff was kind, after they give our room to somebody else becouse they had problem with their room. They pay the taxi till the next hotel.

Be informed at our arrival that our room is not available.

The best and ceapest stay since we left Bali, good value, the food coice is good, confortable, service and staf ower the averiage of the category. Higly suggested.

The bed is not the most confortable, but just to say something, was more than acceptable.

Rooms are comfortable (hot water, AC, good beds). Location is good with plenty of food options nearby (including their own restaurant right in front which is good).

Not the cheapest if you don't benefit from a promo.

Unclean and not a great place. No toilet paper, soap.or hot water and damp. The fridge was unplugged because there was no socket. The staff were not very helpful and clearly mobile phone use comes before customer service.

Sink waste ran straight onto the floor and over feet. What is the point of having the sink? Floor mat outside the bathroom was very very dirty as we're the walls in the room. There was no hot water despite there being a water heater. It wasn't switched on.amd the same with the fridge which wasn't plugged in.
