We noticed the upgrades that they are making inside and out. Putting some updated things in the room as well as Landscaping outside. Looking pretty nice.

"Overall not a bad stay at an older motel for a family who is used to newer hotels"

The older lady at check in was super nice, quick and wonderful at her job. The parking lot was very well lit. It was super quiet and I felt safe (no shady business outside the rooms like some motels).

It was 80 degrees the day we checked in and the ac wasn’t turned on therefore the room had an odor that smelled like cat urine. Once the room cooled off either we got numb to the odor it it got better. The top comforter on the beds felt like they needed an upgrade. I did think it was a little over priced per night but I blame that on the price of everything going up.

Location to the arena. Proximity to restaurants and shopping. Very clean.

Our door to our room had a gap without a threshold cover, but we did not experience any bugs or pests at all

"Good stay for the money"

Clean and AC worked well. Comfy beds

Refrigerator would not stay closed. I had to put a chair or suitcase in front of it to close. I did not like the lack of plugs in the bathroom
