スタッフさんの対応は柔軟かつ人当たり良く、良かったです。

喫煙可の部屋に当たったため、荷物全てがタバコ臭くなった。喫煙するかどうかの事前確認か、タバコ吸わない人が泊まることも想定して予め数時間空気清浄機をつけておくなど、配慮は必要かと。 部屋から逃げても廊下も含めてフロア全体がとんでもなくタバコ臭かった。
