None goods / nice about the property because services very bad & uncooperation from the property owner

I cant get key from 15/9/22-17/9/22. The key not in the mailbox when o open it. Call so many time the property owner but not pickup it. Whats’up & massage also not reply it. The property scammer me. I want to get my money booking back.
