Selectum Noa Resort Cam Ranh

This is a very compact resort but has excellent facilities. The food at all sittings was very very good. Variety and quality. Plus the staff were very helpful and catered very well with activities for children.

The only slight downside was the room was very clean and comfortable with a big balcony but was a little tired in terms of the furniture design.

넓고 깨끗하고 친절하고 아름답고 재밌고 맛있고 모든게 만족스러웠던 곳이었어요! 집에 오기가 싫을 정도로요! 활동적인걸 좋아하는 사람들에게는 특히 애니메이션 프로그램이 잘 맞을것 같은데, 'KUN'을 비롯한 애니메이션 팀은 늘 쾌활하고 즐겁게 게임 및 프로그램을 진행해줘서 리조트에 있는 내내 재밌고 행복했어요! 리조트 분들과 애니메이션 팀들께 다시한번 감사를 드립니다 :)

The service was amazing. We had a minor issue with our room upon arrival (some fool had smoked under the room). The staff then went out of there way to find another room, not only did they do that but upgraded us. Travel with 2 young children’s not always easy but this resort certainly caters for all ages, kids enjoyed the various activities provided. Having a water park was just an added bonus. Food at buffet lunch and dinner simply fabulous.

The bed was comfortable. the restroom was very large and nice. facility is located in a very beautiful location. the beach and pools are cleaned.

There were not enough initial towels available for guests. The check out process were intimidated as the staffs required to check the room before guest leaving. I expected better treatment for a 5 stars resort. Staffs were nice but the check in and out policy is for 2 star resort.

The resort sells itself as a relaxing break, however it is loud, overcrowded and the communication is very poor. The all inclusive was very poor and I had to repeatedly remind the staff that I was vegetarian, even though this has been stated when I booked the hotel. There were no vegetarian options on the buffet apart from lettuce and a bit of side salad. The main restaurant in the main building is chaotic and very unappetising. Dirty tables and a chaotic system to getting food. Too many people crammed into a small room. The waitresses in the Villa restaurant did their best to accommodate my complaint by preparing me separate dishes, however the hotel should not be waiting for me to formerly complain before they change this. The drinks are not all inclusive - A select few are on the list and the bars have odd opening times, meaning you cannot get a drink when you like and they often closed the bars before their opening times stated. They state on the posters around the hotels about a ‘happy hour’ where you can buy other drinks buy one get one free, however when I asked the staff about this they did not know anything about it. The entertainment is poor and in the evenings too loud. Even when everyone has left the arena the music continues to blare very loudly. I would not recommend this resort - there are much cheaper options in Nha Trang which will have a better food and drink selection with the same ocean access. The hotel says it offers a free transfer to and from the airport, however told me at 10.40 on my leaving date that if I wanted it to be free I had to leave at 11… even though check out was at 12 and the all inclusive entitles you to lunch which is served from 11am onwards. The staff failed to communicate any information before this. I had to pay for a taxi and the hotel did not apologise for this error they made.
