Apartamentos Cala Murada Tennis

Amazing location to set up for southeast coast day trips if you’ve got a car hire with easy free parking. It’s nice being on the grounds of the hotel as there are staff 24/7 to help with queries. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with many towels, comfy mattresses and pillows and good Aircon. Lots of space to hang up beach stuff.

Nothing! Actually great value for money

Gli appartamenti si trovano nella stessa proprietà dell'hotel Cala Murada, e danno su un giardino molto curato, pieno di fiori, alberi e piante. All'interno, ci sono anche un bar e un ristorante, dove abbiamo fatto colazione a buffet per 12€, dolce e salata. Il monolocale T03 è ampio con letto comodo. C'è una portafinestra che dà su un cortiletto con tavolino e sedie, dove bere qualcosa e prendere il fresco della sera. Ci sono due piscine, di cui una per soli adulti.

Da migliorare la pulizia della camera, soprattutto la zona cucina, dove ho notato molte incrostazioni. Purtroppo la vera pecca è stata la puzza persistente di fogna che veniva dagli scarichi del bagno. Ho fatto presente la cosa solo al momento del check out, perché abbiamo soggiornato solo 3 notti e sostanzialmente siamo stati pochissimo in appartamento; fossimo rimasti di più, lo avrei segnalato subito perché davvero sgradevole.

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy poco atractiva. Los establecimientos de restauración de alrededor cierran muy pronto.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, with several convenient amenities nearby, including restaurants, a laundromat, and a small supermarket. There are two beaches within walking distance, both around 10 minutes away. The beach I would particularly recommend is Playa de Cala Domingos, which is beautiful and worth a visit.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times. None of the windows were fitted with mosquito screens, which made it difficult to keep them open in the evenings and at night due to insects. Although the bed was comfortable, it felt a little too large for the size of the room, making the space seem somewhat cramped. The apartment has a terrace, which is a nice feature, but there is limited privacy between neighbouring apartments. There is no housekeeping service during the stay, which may not suit all guests. In addition, the tap water is not suitable for drinking, and the bathroom is beginning to show its age and could benefit from some renovation. The door lock system also feels outdated; a key card or digital access system would be more convenient than traditional keys. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridors can be heard quite clearly. The artificial flowers in the apartment felt unnecessary and did not add much to the overall atmosphere. In the levening, music from the bar creates a holiday-resort vibe that may not appeal to everyone. Although it was not excessively loud, the choice of music occasionally created a more "Magaluf-style" holiday atmosphere, which felt slightly out of place given the otherwise calm and tranquil surroundings. Finally, although this is not the hotel's responsibility, the surrounding neighbourhood appears somewhat neglected and could be better maintained. It is a shame, as the area has great potential and could be an excellent location if it received more care and investment.

De ruimte van het appartement. We hadden een appartement met een kamer en een aparte slaapkamer geboekt met één tweepersoonsbed en één eenpersoonsbed. Dit is ons meerdere keren via de mail bevestigd. Maar bij aankomst bleken er alleen 2-persoonsappartementen te zijn zonder aparte slaapkamer. We kregen een appartement met een tweepersoonsbed aangeboden, dit hebben we geweigerd. Daarna kregen we een appartement met twee losse eenpersoonsbedden. Dit hebben we toen maar geaccepteerd, maar het was niet ideaal. Tenslotte was ik hier met een goede vriendin, maar niet met mijn partner. De keuken was ook erg klein en minimaal ingericht.

Ottimo staff
