- Muhammad P. Akhtar Rao (7/5): It was good stay, they can improve with little efforts - Behavior of staff, cleanness, Comfort Water, tea and toilitory were provided very less. Wash Basin was out of bathroom and small size, resulting in splitting water in the room, so it was not good option.

- Inwoo (1/5): Terrible service and system, expensive - 1. Breakfast was not available in the hotel, nor it's cost can be included in the hotel cost. 2. Most of the staffs couldn't speak English It was really hard to communicate 3. Deposit which supposed to be canceled I'm the card was not possible. I couldn't help receiving deposit in Saudi cash which I don't needbat all. 4. Attitude of the staff answering inquiry was really bad and wasn't enthusiastic. 5. Overall hotel condition and service was too bad to deserve the high hotel cost. I couldn't believe this hotel deserves 3 stars.
- Айвазова (1/5): Bad - I liked only junior staff of the hotel. Absolutely all I didn't like. At first, the booking indicated that the hotel had a swimming pool. It turned out that it was not work. This is a lie from the hotel. We were not given a key to the parking lot. At the very beginning, none of the managers informed that the minibar was paid. Terrible service. Broken shower room. Water from the bathroom was flowing onto the floor. In 3 days the room was not cleaned once. The woman at the reception was rude and answered impudently. Terrible hotel!
