Riverside Cottage

Beautiful cottage,spotlessly clean,kitchen well equipped,bottle of prosecco and milk was a nice surprise. Owners easy to get hold of when needed,beautiful location. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Lovely cottage, very close to amenities really enjoyed our stay.

The house was excellently located, well fitted out and very tastefully done. It was well equipped and comfortable.

Parking was an issue. There is supposed to be parking in front of the cottage, but in reality if it was used, the tenant for property 5 would not be able to get in or out. This has been commented on many times in the visitors book. After checking with the harbour master we were able to park at the end of the row of cottages in the public area leading to the walkway up to the town from the quay.

We love the cottage ,the views of the estuary especially. The decor , the lovely comfy king sized bed ( that mattress is to die for , it is so comfy ). The lovely big bathroom with the big walk in shower and the bath. The little outside court yard ideal for eating out on a warm evening with a lovely cold drink. We also like being so close to amenities. Shops, especially Edwards butchers they cater for everything and the fresh fish from the Mussel shop. Restaurants, pubs, lovely walks on the doorstep . The RSPB nature reserve and Llandudno junction station within walking distance . No need to move the car all week. We had glorious weather and the sunsets over the estuary were so beautiful especially when viewed from the upstairs window.

One minor gripe , some of the cleaning seemed to have been missed. On previous visits the cottage was immaculate . There are also a few maintenance jobs outstanding as mentioned in the visitors book .
