Clean, large lovely patio, gorgeous garden, nice views, king size bed and sofa bed-both comfortable, 7 min walk to a lovely beach, great location, host was very warm and friendly, bathroom nice just remember to switch on hot water heater as can take some time to heat up.

No air conditioning which for me usually matters in this heat, but there was an overhead fan in bedroom. We asked for a second fan for living room as o e of slept on the sofa and the host gave it to us right away. It was comfortable. I slept well

The parking was right next to appartment and terrace. That was outstanding. Terrace was so nice with all the plants. There was a litle bit of cleaning every day since it is autumn and leaves were falling but it was beautiful.

There should be ventilation in the bathroom. It wasn't much of a problem, but it would be perfect to have it there.

The outside patio would be lovely if clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

The outside area was dirty - cigarette ash on floor, area not swept, loungers filthy, pots and pans on outside table. It was hot and stuffy. No aircon or windows to open at night. Only a fan. They started building and bashing next door at 6am. The apartment faces a alley and you could hear people outside until very late at night. The towels were old, mismatched and tiny. The duvet was synthetic and hot.

Great location with a sea view. Beds really comfy, everything you might need in the kitchen. Table and chairs outside plus two loungers. Turtles in the garden are a bonus!

No air con might be a problem in the hot weather.
