Domaine Saint-François

Le personnel est très charmant. Le lieu est très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Très bonne literie. Originalité d’avoir la douche à l’exterieur. Très bon petit déjeuner. Piscine agréable. Personnel très accueillant et souriant.

Bungalow trop près de la piscine, bruit de préparation du petit déjeuner. Choisir un bungalow un peu plus éloigné

Le logement était parfait pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants.

Le nettoyage n’est pas récurrent, avec un changement de literie et de serviettes tous les 5 jours.

Het ontbijt werd met veel aandacht klaargemaakt en het zwembad was heerlijk voor de kinderen

Wij kregen niet de kamer welke wij geboekt hadden, de foto’s én beschrijving kwamen niet overeen; het was donker, veel insecten in huis en geen comfortabele zitplek op het terras. Dit waren houten banken waar je dus niet echt lekker kon zitten. We hadden het idee dat we een beetje weggestopt zaten. Kortom teleurstellend en het geld (€500 per nacht) absoluut niet waard. Zwembad en ontbijtgedeelte zien er mooi uit en personeel is aardig.

Tout etait parfait de l’accueil au checkout. Le personnel est tres disponible et attentif. Le domaine est juste magnifique. Paisible. Nous avons adoré

Wonderful place. We will be back and will definitely book there again because we’d like to share it with family who couldn’t make this trip. We traveled all over Grande-Terre, exploring the sights, and I feel this was the best part of the island and just a wonderful hotel. I wish we’d had more time! We would have just hung around our bungalow and the pool more, using her grill to cook dinner, etc. Next time we’ll make a point of relaxing more. It’s our new home away from home.

I could have used a flatter pillow

Lovely tropical location with lots of palm trees, plants and nice clean pool; staff were very helpful and friendly.

only thing that we did not like, was the mosquitoes and bugs, however, being in a tropical almost jungle like environment, that was to be expected. There were mosquito nets provided and bug spray that was very helpful.
