Ambience was awesome..Service was really good..Food was delicious and service by Subhankar F& B captain in restaurant was superb..He was frequently asking what else we need and other staff members were also really good.

Overall a Great experience . Highly recommend Narayan’s service's. He understood if there was any specific issue or ailment and also the pressure to be used .

Went with my family to A & N and we stayed here on the day we reached Portblair. The property is really beautiful with a view of the ChidiyaTapu beach and the mesmerizing sunset.. which was where the good part ended.. Due to Indigo flight cancellation, I requested the hotel for a refund/reschedule/voucher so I can plan to travel some other time, instead of paying double fare to another airline.. they straight away denied.. without any consideration.. We had to checkout from the hotel very early next day morning, so we couldn't have their buffet breakfast. They gave a packed breakfast.. just plain bread and cheese/mayo, fruity and a store bought muffin. And that too just for my husband and me.. they denied providing any food for my 4 Yr old kid even after requesting. In all of my travel experiences, I've only seen hotels and resorts providing extra accommodations for small kids.. this was the only place that denied basic food for a kid.. So after paying so much money, this is the pathetic experience we had to endure..

The staff in the front office Ms Manisha & Ms Jyothi were very helpful. Great service in the restaurant as well. Food was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner had a variety of food and was very tasty. The resort had a Very relaxing ambiance overall.

The rooms need an upgradation. It was smelling when we checked in. The drapes were not fixed properly. The TV positioning was not good. Also the taxi drivers attached to the hotel should be more tourist friendly. We didn’t have a great experience hiring a car from the hotel.

Food and service both are excellent. Shubhankar was very calm and helpful while taking order or while serving. Overall a nice experience.

Very good property with amazing staff services especially Vijay from restaurant team having very friendly behaviour and providing us with exceptional recommendations on our candle light dinner and food choices which helped us have our own beautiful moment. We highly recommend this property and commend Vijay for his professional and attentive service.

Subankar & all other staff were great. Excellent place to come with family & friends. Food is great and the Chef was excellent with his special preparations. Bhin chef was excellent as he prepared special meals for my wife
