Posizione eccellente, a disposizione un ampia cucina con frigo, forno,piano cottura, macchina per il caffè, the e tisane a disposizione e svariati piani di appoggio. Ho ricevuto dalla proprietaria Beatrice indicazioni utilissime durante il soggiorno ad Assisi ( es.il posteggio auto ...etc.) e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Grazie

estas como en casa y muy atendido por la dirección de la "Casina Colorada" facilitándonos todo tipo de ayuda para manejarnos en Asis Mantuvimos contacto por watsapp continuamente con la direccion de la Casina colorada"

No dispone de parking propio ( que en Asis es algo desgraciadamente generalizado)

Location was perfect, right on the road where taxis can drop/pickup (no need to drag your luggage over steps). Near to centre of the town and they have a tie up with a local restaurant "Trattoria Pallotta" which was excellent. Host is excellent, Beatrice arranged for taxis for pickup/drop and let us hangout for a while in the common area after checkout, which was good since it rained that day.

Beds could have been bit better. It was more springy for my liking, but my college going daughter had no issues with it.
