Tvarkingas ir švarus kambarys, kiekvieną dieną valomas. Bendroje virtuvėlėje galima pasidaryti iš aparato kavos, arbatos, pasišildyti maistą ( yra mikrobangė), reikalingi stalo įrankiai, virdulys.

Apartamentai turi tris kambarius, tai trūksta privatumo. Susidūrėme su tuo, kad naktį svečiai ieškodami savo kambario mus kėlė ir triukšmavo. Už lango dar vyksta gatvės remontas, pakankamai triukšminga gatvė, tiek vakare, tiek ryte.
