Staff Reception malas, pelayanan kurang baik, padahal kamar sudah dibooking tapi bilangnya semua kamar full. Sebaiknya staff admin dan reception lebih teliti, kalau seandainya kamar sudah terjual, di aplikasi agoda, booking.com, dan reddoorz itu di tutup supaya tidak ada yang booking lagi, jangan tunggu tamunya datang check in dan bilang maaf kamar kami full. Saya juga kerja marketing dan megang bookingan online juga jadi tau cara kerjanya bagaimana. Terimakasih🙏

Just what expected from the price, however it is next to a mosque so expect the loud prayer call at 4:30am. I do appreciate the staff.

Perhaps some sound-proofing would be really helpful.

The staff were very friendly! It was reasonably priced.

There is no kitchen there, apart from a sort of kebab-grill. So go elsewhere for breakfast or order in, unless you want kebab… There is a mosque next-door, so you might want to get a court-facing room to escape the noise.

the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. i left my water bottle at the lobby and they were very kind and offered to send it to where i am right now. one of very few decent places to stay in bitung, and it's not bad at all for that price range.

sheets were grimy, i could see old stains on it. unfortunately it's very noisy location so i had to wear my noise-cancelling headphones to sleep at night.

The location is splendid. Clean room with a confortable bed. In my opinion, this place is a two star hotel (was granted three stars for the location and the view.

The strange two headed shower, with low capacity of a 10 litre hot water supply. Bearly have a 4 minutes hot shower, then it's back to cold. :-((
