BRUSUSThe house was indeed spacious. It was clean and beautiful as well. The private pool and waterpark were an added bonus. We did leave the resort to do other activities, but honestly we could have stayed on the resort without leaving and still had a great time! Casiola, the property managers for this house were the best! They made sure the house was cleaned and ready when we arrived. There were a few issues during our stay, but they were addressed immediately!!! I would love to book this house again next year or at least another one in that neighborhood and managed by Casiola!!!

USThe house was beautiful and well appointed. Everything was clean and in good condition. We loved the decor and there was everything we could need.
There was no detailed information about checkin or how to use the amenities provided. While we were able to get someone on the phone they were not always helpful. Also this unit was switched the night before we were set to arrive. The agents told me they would send me a document to turn the heat on in the pool 2 days after we arrived I finally had someone take my information over the phone. However by the 3rd day with the heat on in the pool it was too hot to enjoy. We had park days scheduled so I didn’t think to call until it was too late. We received check out instructions the evening before we left. It would have been nice to have a booklet with instructions on how to use the theater and adjustable beds. The remotes didn’t work when we arrived. It was further away from the parks than I realized driving was a drag.

The staff was nice but gave us a very hard time about entering property though we were told that we didn’t have to check in because we per checked in. They said that they didn’t have any records of that. Also when the remainder of our guest arrived they had the same issue. They told my elderly parents that they could walk to our house but couldn’t drive up to the property because their name wasn’t on the list. That was untrue. I had fill out the request for who would be staying prior to our arrival time. The bathrooms could be cleaned better
