"Pleasant"

- The room was big with plenty of natural light and a view - It was ok clean - Staff personnels are nice

- Check in was not easy and they tried to play us with the exchange rate and the currency issue. - The windows in the room cannot be closed firmly so expect noise and wind.

The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing and much appreciated. Especially Betty was a real gem with a big heart and open mind❤️ . Thank you so much, Betty, for making me feel so welcome at the hotel. I hope your boss is aware of your infinite professionalism. But also the other staff including doormen and cleaning staff were great and always friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily and quiet as requested beforehand. Furniture was new and clean. Very comfy bed. Water and tea on the room every day. Breakfast was varied and tasty with fresh juices, coffee and tea. Eggs can be requested at no extra charge. As I was there at Christmas, guests were invited to coffee ceremonies in the lobby, which was nice. Airport shuttle for my departure worked well and was on time. I always felt very safe at the hotel. The cost/performance ratio was excellent and if ever in Addis again I would return to this hotel for sure.

Food smell in my room. A kitchen hood would be a good investment.

"Great hotel but not in Bole area"

Great room, comfortable bed, clean. Veery spacious, good facilities. Nice restaurant, super helpful staff, nice meals.

The area around it was not nice and didnt feel safe. As a solo traveller i didnt leave the hotek for a walk at all. Only to be picked up by tour guide and dropped off. There was a smell in the room, seems to come from the kitchen. The airport shuttle took a long while to come, i was scared waiting at night at the airport.
