"Unprofessionalism Staff and Corporate office"

Never stayed

I booked reservations that were cancelled by staff by calling me and informing me the room I booked was not available. I tried modifications to come a few days later, no response from staff. They charged me a cancellation fee and I never cancelled. Corporate office is a automated system that refers you to a template form I'm sure no one checks. The front desk must have called I.D. because they will not answer my calls. This is so unprofessional.

"I asked for a refund"

I didn’t stay I asked for a refund and found something else

The staff a woman by the name of S. Dansby made it feel like a prison the worst ever! And this location has so many rules that’s not for an extended stay that I couldn’t be reasonably comfortable
