"Eine sehr empfehlendswerte Unterkunte, die eine kleine ruhig Oase zwischen Strand und Zentrum ist."

Die Lodge ist in einem kleinen eigenen Wäldchen zwischen Strand (ca. 1km) und Einkaufszentrum (ca. 1km) gelegen. Angenehm war der vorhandene Parkplatz und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Die Zufahrt konnte man mit seiner zur Verfügunggestellten Fernbedienung jederzeit selbständig öffenen und schließen. In der Lodge gibt es vier freundliche Hunde, die mit mir ca. 5 km am Strand spazieren gingen. ;-)

Die Zimmer sind auch im Hochsommer (18. & 26.-28. Februar) relativ kalt mit ca. 17 bis 18 Grad. Das resultiert vor allem durch den morgendlichen Nebel in La Serena und der Bauweise der Unterkunft. Leider ist die Zufahrt von allen Seiten nur über geschotterte Straßen, mit ca. 1 km länge, erreichbar. Den Staub bekommt am am Gelände nicht mit. Aber er ist am Auto. Und schlimmer ist es, wenn man zu Fuß zum Strand geht. Man wird eingestaubt. ;-)
