Nice location and a great apartment

The apartment is very centrally located and was clean and had soap, jam, water and other necessities. We will stay there again

No problem for us but it's a second floor apartment with no elevator

The location is perfect, on a quiet alleyway with restaurants and bars a short walk around the corner. The flat is comfortable and a perfect base for exploring the city. I particularly enjoyed having my breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pretty street below. It has a washing machine which is a great help. Nikolas was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There was a small issue at the start of our stay which Nikolas resolved very quickly and with minimal fuss.

The apartment is located in the old town and is as described in the photos. The balcony has great views along one in the main streets (the properties located at the far end) Anne has the old rustic feel to it. The air-conditioning went perfectly, and was refreshing on the hot summer days. There are plenty of windows and lights in the apartment.

The property is certainly dated which is fine and expected. Although there is an unnecessary clutter within the flat that makes it uncomfortable. The stairwell and entrance looks like it’s being updated. However, we saw no work whilst we were there and it look shabby, but it also looked Like in disrepair, with unfinished electrical cabling. The first floor flat had left some rubbish and clutter outside the door, which invited Anne to appear. In the apartments you can hear every footstep on the ceiling from the flat above,  this was slightly disruptive, but not manifest itself into a major problem. We did have a slight problem with ants in the bathroom, which seem to disappear.  The shower cubicle is ridiculously small and need to be replaced. This is an interesting apartment full of historical pieces that requires some love and attention to bring it up to rentable standard. I would certainly revisit when the owner makes some basic and fundamental changes to the apartment.

The location is perfect, in the old town, close to everything. The apartment is comfortable, with a nice little balcony overlooking the street. Would recommend it!

Located in the old building but we did not care much about that. The kitchen could be more clean and more equipped.

Locations is great, right in the center of Old Town Corfu We were welcomed by Nikolas, who is super nice and gave us great local bars and restaurant tips! Very good value for money (not very modern apartment or building, but nicely furnished and with good areas - it perfectly serves the purpose for a few days trip around Corfu island and to experience Old Town Corfu’s life - all the main attractions, streets, shops, bars and restaurants are quick walks away :)

Great location, good for 1-2 night stays! The agent was really helpful by carrying heavy luggage to the apartment and giving a lot of useful tips.

Harder to collect property keys, few ignored messages/unanswered calls. The apartment is pretty old so don't recommend longer stays, high floor without the elevator and old, broken stairs on some levels. Also, the shower was tiny so even us who are 160-173cm struggled.

Top location in the Old Town. Very close to restaurants and the tourist shops.

It is a nice appartement for a few days but I wouldn't stay for a week. There was a problem with the drain of the washing machine so you couldn't use it. The shower is very small.
