Guests 18 and over must all send their photo IDs (driving license or passport) in order to receive check-in information and additional guests are not allowed at the property. Late checkout is subject to availability and is chargeable at £10 per hour till 2pm. Minimum 24 hours notice required and needs to be booked in advance. Unauthorized late checkout will incur additional fees. Amex is not accepted for the damage deposit. Complimentary parking is available for one car per reserved apartment. A car registration number is needed to reserve it. At least 1 guest must be aged 21 years or older.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
