Staff are friendly and lovely, they try to accommodate requests as much as possible. Rooms simple yet clean and comfortable. Garden well taken care of and beautiful. Overall everything was well maintained, which is important for a simple hotel like this. We enjoyed our stay.

It's a 1h drive from the ferry terminal so a bit far. Great if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place. But not much in the surroundings including restaurant options so better to be aware of this point. The hotel restaurant could have a bit more wider options.

It is spotless. The people working on the room and property do it so quietly that you wouldn’t even notice them. The rooms are spacious and private, the shower area beautiful. The warmth. It is the epitome of Indonesian hospitality where personalisation is seamless. They even found time to do an impromptu celebration of my birthday when the property was full.

Absolutely nothing!

Ein absolut traumhaftes kleines Ressort. Vom Transfer vom Hafen zum Ressort über die individuell buchbaren Massagen und Ausflüge bis hin zu jeder einzelnen Mahlzeit war alles perfekt organisiert. Das gesamte Personal kümmert sich unglaublich motiviert und liebevoll um jeden einzelnen Gast. Bar und Restaurants sind den ganzen Tag geöffnet und jeder individuelle Wunsch wird möglich gemacht. Die Gartenanlage ist unglaublich gut gepflegt und wunderschön. Der Pool ist ein Traum und der Blick aufs Meer ebenfalls. Die Bungalows sind unglaublich sauber und groß und wunderbar eingerichtet. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub vorstellen können. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Kelong Trikora Resort sur l’île de Bintan, en Indonésie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un sens de l’hospitalité exceptionnel par Linda et toute son équipe. Loin des circuits touristiques classiques, cet hôtel plein de charme offre une authenticité rare avec ses jolies maisons en bois décorées avec soin, nichées dans un cadre paisible et naturel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les douches extérieures, la qualité des équipements, la literie très confortable, ainsi que la présence de prises européennes et d’une vraie climatisation. La piscine, entourée de palmiers et d’une pelouse verdoyante, ajoute à la sérénité du lieu. Linda s’est investie personnellement dans la révision de notre programme de visites, nous conseillant avec justesse pour adapter notre itinéraire. Grâce à elle et à son équipe, nous avons pu découvrir les trésors cachés de l’île (temples, îles, lacs...) et savourer des repas locaux dans des warungs authentiques, toujours dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Chaque membre du personnel s’est montré attentionné, jusqu’à adapter les menus selon nos envies, ou aller chercher du poisson frais spécialement pour nous. Cette attention sincère nous a profondément touchés. Nous repartons le cœur serré, mais remplis de souvenirs merveilleux. Le Kelong Trikora Resort, c’est bien plus qu’un hébergement : c’est une expérience humaine unique, digne d’un 5 étoiles en pleine nature, avec le supplément d’âme en plus. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ces 4 jours magiques !

Endroit paradisiaque avec pelouse et végétation magnifique en bord de mer. C’est calme, loin de la zone hôtelière à l’autre bout de l’île. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Literie confortable. Disponibilité et bienveillance du personnel. Je recommande à fond !

Le tarif de la nourriture m’a paru un peu cher comparé à d’autres îles d’Indonésie, surtout qu’il n’y a pas vraiment d’autres options autour accessibles à pied

We stayed at this beautiful and quiet resort for two nights and absolutely loved it. The surroundings are peaceful, with gorgeous views that made our stay so relaxing. The food was delicious — every meal felt fresh and full of flavor. The staff were warm and friendly, always ready with a smile and happy to help. One of the highlights was waking up early to watch the sunrise — truly breathtaking and worth setting the alarm for! If you’re looking for a calm escape with great service, amazing food, and unforgettable views, this resort is a perfect choice.

The Kalong Trikora is a charming resort. Clean, neatly decorated and with a bathroom in the open air. It boasts a lush, green and well kept garden and a lovely swimming pool with a view of the sea. There’s a small beach and a long jetty that extends out into the water. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the cuisine is absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed everything from satay, rendang, curry to grilled octopus fresh off the barbecue. Even breakfast was a delight with fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, pandan pancakes and nasi goreng. We had a wonderful time here and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! Especially those who want to escape mass tourism.
