A very comfortable and clean place. The breakfast pancakes are amazing, and most of the staff are very friendly

I didn't enjoy the check-in experience; the girl who assisted me wasn't attentive or friendly at all. She acted like I was bothering her. On the other hand, the rest of the staff were extremely kind

Once again, the staff was absolutely incredible. Luke was a fantastic guide for 'Maui Days'—helping with the local project and then building a dam in the river was a highlight. Daniel Zapata made the 'Road to Hana' legendary; even with the bad weather, his constant encouragement and high energy kept everyone’s spirits up—it was so worth it! Daniel also took us to a beach day and a fire show, which were both amazing. McKenna was so kind and always there to help with advice, Steve at reception went out of his way to assist us with everything, and Taryn makes the best margaritas! Thank you all for these unique memories that made my stay truly exceptional. Great people, great vibes, great memories.

The only thing I missed compared to the Hilo hostel were the bed curtains; they really add a lot of privacy and comfort. Also, it would be great to have lockers or lockable boxes in the rooms. I felt safe because my roommates were amazing and nothing went missing, but having a place to lock things up would definitely provide better peace of mind. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Staff is really friendly and helps you understand the property and the area. The location is nice and staff is super quick to responding email queries. As per staff suggestion, i did park on the streets for free for 2 nights and luckily didnt get the ticket.

This is the second cheapest place you can find on the island, so i understand that it comes with some compromises. My bed was right next to the door, so when 7 other people in the room are going in and out, there will be a lot of constant bangs from the door and light hitting you in the eye. I had a group of girls staying there and everything was super messy. They were loud while packing till 12am and same chaos at 6 am. I was super tired and was wearing ear plugs and eye mask, so was able to catch some sleep. The washroom could have been a little cleaner. Earplugs are a must for this place.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location was clean, well equipped and beautiful. The pancakes in the morning were great, washing machines are great and everything else too

The mattress could have been more comfortable.

The kitchen was beautiful and the common space were really lovely. I love the community that the common kitchen and space created. I was a bit disappointed that they ran out of chocolate chips. I also tried to get on a tour, despite the price increase, there was no space.

The bed was too soft and not that comfortable.
