GBZharul at the reception was very helpful and welcoming with our early check in. He showed us a choice of rooms and asked us whether climbing the stairs would be a challenge for us as the hotel does not have a lift. After viewing the rooms, we settled on the one with balcony view to the shops on the 3rd floor. Hotel porter took all our luggage to our room.
The sound proofing is very poor as we could heard neighbours talking, coughing and snoring, with loud music playing at 2 in the morning, so we did not have good night sleeps. The height of the steps of the staircase are not equal on the last step, which could lead to a fall . The lighting of the month rooms and the corridors are generally too dim. Although filtered water was refilled daily, we noticed the seal of the bottle was not clean, so we avoided drinking from it.

ATObwohl kein Frühstück inkludiert ist, wird ein einfaches Frühstück ohne Zusatzkosten angeboten. Es ist möglich, seine Wasserflasche bei den im Hotel aufgestellten Wasserspendern, aufzufüllen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sauber und das Gepäck wurde von einem Angestellten in den 2. Stock gebracht. Für eine Übernachtung ist es gut.
Das Hotel liegt gefühlt im Nirgendwo, ca. 20 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wie weit das Stadtzentrum von Tawau entfernt ist, weiss ich nicht.
