Zimmer im 3. Stock nur über Treppe erreichbar / Dachschrägenfenster für mich nicht zu öffnen , da Ich nicht an den Griff kam und eine normale Größe habe / ein Stab oder Seil fehlte

In Bahnhofsnähe und damit sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Wohnlage. Haus von außen unspektakulär, aber gut gepflegt. Zimmer sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Für einen dienstlichen Aufenthalt in Essen sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr funktionell, keine Bar/ keine Aufenthaltsbereiche, aber danach habe ich auch nicht gesucht.

Laut, geöffnetes Fenster in der Nacht nicht gut möglich. Zimmer 3.Etage: Dachschräge und leider laut schließende Brandschutztüren.
