"Excellentttt"

Kind staff, delicious breakfast and comfortable and clean suites in hotel this should definitely be the best hotel in Batam island (no idea why they put it in the 49th place) if I ever come to Batam again I am definitely staying in this hotel. Thank you staff for your kind hospitality. Your motto (truly indonesian hospitality) truly lived up to it

The hotel is like a city centre.Where is near to everywhere.The room is clean.When first entered the hotel,it smell so good.Have a sheltered swimming pool.

"Decent and clean hotel"

Check-in is very fast, staffs are helpful, and the hotel provides Free Shuttle service to malls like Nagoya, Grand Batam Mall, and BCS. The only downside is that there is limited variety during Breakfast, and you also need to be early to be able to secure a table and seats (quite unorganized).

"Good"

Only can accept the staff service attitude, the next room aunty and uncle very noisy and make my wife can’t sleep. The tower very dirty changed and be a same too.

"Great bedrooms, the rest is kind of sad"

Asialink rooms are recently redecorated, clean and to a hit standard. Hotel is 15min walk to the main Batam shopping malls. Hotel has a small outdoor pool. Reception area lets the hotel down. Breakfast is a Malay style buffet which feels like a busy shopping mall on Saturdays. So great rooms but a bit grotty in the public spaces.

Best hotel of all in batam. All staffs including management are way beyond expectation. Great breakfast spreads with clean and nice ambience. Nevertheless, always priorities guest first. Well done n KUDOS. Highly recommended.

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I recently experienced at AsiaLink hotel. The staff in particular were outstanding; they were friendly, efficient and very attentive to my needs. I was also delighted to be rewarded with the unexpected complimentary upgrade and surprise.
