Väldigt lyhört, fick inte påfyllning av toalettpapper på 4 dagar. Skitig toalett, knappen att tända på toan sätter igång fläkten också

Personnel agréable et disponible ! La chambre était très propre et muni d’un frigo c’est agréable ! Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais les parties communes étaient très bien entretenues. Les murs sont assez fins en revanche si pas de chance sur les voisins ça peut être un peu dérangeant ! Le quartier est très bien desservie en transport et vous pouvez facilement visiter les villes à côté (Sintra, Cascais, Plage des ours) en train ou en Uber les prix sont intéressants. Testez les brunchs et cafés autour de l’hôtel ! Petits restaurants sympas et proche du Parque Eduardo VII il y a des tortues dans un coin du parc !

The location genuinely works well. Multiple metro lines are within easy walking distance and getting to and from the airport was straightforward. The room itself is spacious with high ceilings and a comfortable, large bed. There is a swimming pool on site, though in practice it is quite small and enclosed by surrounding buildings, so don't factor it heavily into your decision.

The shower drainage in Room 101 was a real issue which water pooled ankle-deep throughout, which made every shower more of an exercise in patience than a refresh. The bathroom overall is on the small side, though that alone wouldn't be worth flagging. What stood out more was the communication approach. The property has no 24-hour reception, which is fine, but the check-in and check-out process is framed as a personal, coordinated handover and in practice that means messages arriving across Booking.com and WhatsApp, with requests to confirm timings well in advance. When a language barrier added friction to the actual meeting, what was already a rigid process turned into an uncomfortable exchange. Personally, this communication style would lead me to look elsewhere next time. Not because the room is bad, but because the experience around it added unnecessary stress to the trip.
