A very nice and big room, basic but clean with modern bathroom , within a walking distance to almost all Catatia’s main monuments and places to see. The breakfast is continental, sweets great and the coffee was the best this side of Rome. A must go is the best restaurant in town, Casa d’ Amici which is just around the corner, with more than 70 pizzas and fantastic selection of fresh fish and pasta. The hosts Sonia and Mara are welcoming and friendly. Sonia arranged our transfer to the airport with fabulous Giovanni, , which was cheaper than when we arrived and we’re charged almost double.

What to say, quite disappointed to say the least. Saw the great reviews & I got this place; it was such a bad experience! The place smelled like sewer system had erupted in the room... We couldn't sleep, couldn't get any help or even a reply from the owner until it was at their convenient time or they wanted to. Quite disappointed!!!! We got sick there bc the smell was so bad and only got "fixed" just before we left. Breakfast was cancelled last min. and no info. of what to do was given, simply texted to go and eat at this bar near by. Had an issue with another thing that also took time to get resolved. Maybe it was our luck but it wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

The location is very good, nearby the central bus and train station, the city center of Catania and we didn't use a public transport in the city. The transport for near great places as Taormina and Syracuse is very good and frequently. Our room was type Junior suite and called Gammazita. The room was very nice and comfortable - bedroom and living room are together . The private bathroom and toilet are next to the bedroom and they were very clean. There is a window in the room and a window in the bathroom. The last day the sink in bathroom is clogged and lady of the reception called to the boss and he came very fast and fixed the problem for 1/2 hour and everything was OK and perfect! Thanks for kind accommodation!

Amazing apartment, good equipment and nice bath tub. Good value for the money.

Only the WiFi signal, we couldn’t catch it from the room only from the hall.

We only spent one night in the hotel and it met all our needs. Location is convenient and the breakfast good.

The place was cleand and cosy.
