My boys are 6'3 and 6'4 tricky head height for them downstairs..but it was built in 1760! 😁

I loved the house. It is located in such a nice town. Everything is just around the corner. Literally. Kitchen and living room area are very comfortable and cozy. We had great family time there.

Downstairs is a bit too humid and moldy. But clean.

A great, welcoming property with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms and easy roadside parking available.

The bathroom is a little bit cramped.

I had a great stay at this house! The location was convenient, the place was clean and well-equipped, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and everything went as expected. The only minor issue was that the shower was a bit uncomfortable to use, but overall it didn’t affect my experience much. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The bath leaked

Kitchen was well-appointed and seating in the living room comfortable. We were able to get street parking in front of apt (Brade St) most of the time; or on adjacent street.

There was no dining table, and the counter seating was crowded for 2 of us; I don't see it working well for 4 people. The bedrooms are downstairs (i.e., below street-level), which necessitated us leaving the drapes drawn for privacy from pedestrians. Hallway carpet outside the bathroom was damp when we arrived and remained damp during our 4 day stay ( uncertain of cause; reported to property management) Bath/ shower cramped due to slanted ceiling above tub. On-demand hot water heating was very slow to heat up, and water pressure low (i.e., took a long time to run a hot bath) Broughton-in-Furness is a quaint village with a major street parking problem (very congested).
