O quarto é muito bem equipado. Grande, bonito e tem até ferro.

Atendimento. Meu Deus.. PESSIMO. Estou escrevendo, inclusive, para que as vezes chegue nos gestores. Não é possível que aquela seja a política de um hotel tão legal de estrutura. Funcionários rudes e que não fazem a menor questão do cliente. Estava com enxaqueca forte e me hospedei no andar 29. Funcionário Miguel da noite me disse que eu teria que descer e não aceitou sequer colocar o medicamento no elevador. Entendo que não é possível colocar muitas coisas, mas tendo em vista ser questão de SAÚDE não via qualquer problema em me fornecer meu medicamento sem que eu descesse 1000 andares. Além disso, a cozinha simplesmente não atende. Eu tinha voo às 4h da manhã. Resolvi jantar no hotel porque eles oferecem este serviço. Cozinha não atende e nem recepção. Tive que pedir iFood. Não existe barman no hotel, não sendo possível solicitar os drinks que eles oferecem no cardápio. Muita enganação com o consumidor.
