No AC, no screens on windows, ants in kitchen and bathrooms at night

Perfectly located, stunning apartment, and a view that was nothing short of spectacular.

We were told there’d be construction, though I didn’t realize that meant renovations right outside our room. Let’s just say the dust wasn’t quite the spa treatment we had in mind—especially for my daughter with allergies.

At the time of making the booking in June 2025, we were informed that Atlantic Views were aware of some construction nearby. The link provided referred to construction of the walkway and parking area across the road from the apartment. However upon arrival the whole building was covered with scaffolding and shade cloth, obstructing the ocean view. It was never brought to our attention that there was new unrelated construction to the building itself. We would've never booked the apartment if we were made aware of this fact.

The property is situated in a beautiful location, which we are familiar with. It is a very short walk from the stadium, where we attended the Rugby 7’s over the weekend, and to the Metropolitan Golf Club, that we also visited. We were very impressed with the facilities in the apartment. Although we did not cook, everything was available, from crockery to cutlery, pots and pans etc. The appliances were new, of a high quality and in good working order. The beds were very comfortable. The ladies were blown away by the toiletries supplied, as they were generous and of a high quality. Victor was at the property at the prearranged time on our arrival, and was very efficient and courteous. He left us tea, coffees, sugar and milk etc, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was professionally serviced everyday, without any inconvenience to us at all. Furnishings and fittings are of a very high standard.

If there was one small negative, it would be the scaffolding in place over the front of the building. There was no excessive noise from the construction/renovation activities, but the view was slightly spoilt with the scaffolding. There is also major construction work going on across the road, between the road and sea. But this is obviously out of the control of the property.
