Book in very easy, was contacted by the owners to make sure everything was ok. Very good location. Nice property and views.

Poor score given due to the bed, very uncomfortable mattress with springs digging in which impacted on nights sleep. When advertising free toiletries we would have expected travel size that had not been left or used by previous guests, this only included shower gel (qtr of a bottle) and hand wash.

The apartment was exceptional, with great facilities and an amazing view across the river. It was also within a short drive of St Neot's, which is really nice.

Unfortunately our original accommodation was cancelled last minute by Booking.com and we had to seek alternatives. We came across the apartment and were really happy with it, however there were delays with Booking.com in sending us the check in details. We didn't receive these until the day after we checked in, which was really poor. Luckily we were able to liaise with the owners of the property, who were great.

no shower in main bathroom - no wardrobes in second bedroom - no mirrors in either bedrooms door handles on main bathroom & main bedroom were hanging off and kept dropping off
