Apartamento TEMPORAL Diseño Chueca-Malasaña BRC40

Excelente justo equipamiento y lo necesario para vivir de 2 a 4 personas .Ubicación excelente a pocos metros de la Gran Vía. Daniel quien entrega el departamento muy atento. Recomendable! Saludos desde Chile.

The location was good and near to lots of shops and restaurants. The design of the place was fine, if a little scruffy.

We were given an app to access the property which supposedly opened the building door and the apartment door. The app did not open the building! There was no sign of the receiver for the app on the building door either. I tried calling the contact number, firstly they did not pick up, then hung up on me after I tried to explain and then stopped picking up again. Luckily another tenant in the building was able to give us the building door code and we got in. The app did work on the apartment door. But they had not finished cleaning when we arrived despite it being past check in time. We were told it would take another hour as it looked they they had only just begun cleaning. Also the sofa bed would try to fold away if you put your weight in the wrong place and the ceiling over the shower was completely mouldy!

The apartment was definitely smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. There was barely no room to move in the bedroom and bathroom and in the living room too when the couch was pulled out. Good for small people like us but would’ve been very uncomfortable for tall big people.

The owner was waiting for us at the entrance. She was accurate.

We had to pay a surcharge (50 EUR) because we arrive at 9 pm. I think this extra cost was quite unfair, because we arrived punctually by train, which we had previously sent information about to the owner. We didn't inconvenience him.
