Aloha Apartments with pool

The apartment could have been cleaner, the heating could have been better, the water could have been hotter, the shower could have had its own door and not be so transparent to been seen by other guest, the stairs could been safer and wider for suitcases and not leading me to think every single time I climbed I could fall or hit my head. Additionally, too many stray cats and dogs in the area which get into the compound and sometimes sit at my front door preventing me from getting in. A cat once came at me out of nowhere and hit my leg in the night which startled me.

The hosts were approachable, respectful, nice, and did not seem sketchy.

The service was good. The attendant was very attentive and friendly. The room was clean. The garden and pool were magnificent but we couldn't use the pool because we didn't have time. We left our bags at the reception after check-out to visit the city center. This was a very good thing for us.

The location is close to the bus station but a bit far from the city center. We paid 40€ for 2 people / 1 night. I think it's a bit expensive

It was close, walking distance to the centre, it was really clean and had more or less everything you would expect! It was a really good bargain for our group of 6! There was a pool there which we thought was good! Anything we needed sorted the owner was more than happy to do for us. If you are planning a trip to Skopje I would reccomend staying here.

The stairs were the only thing we really had an issue with, as we had bigger people it was a bit of a squeeze for them to get up but that’s not the apartments fault it’s a personal issue!

Perfect for me, just a ten minute walk along the river from the city centre and five minutes from the bus station. Takes a little finding first time, but after that easy and in a quiet residential area. Room was clean and had all I needed, you do need to get in touch with the owners before arriving though, as the reception is not permanently manned. Would happily stay again when in the city.
