Ein himmlisches Plätzchen mitten in einem Wohnviertel. Unser Vermieter und seine Frau führen Ihre Lodge mit Herzblut. Die Gastfreundschaft war einfach nur einmalig. Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht, aber es wird uns als eine der schönsten Übernachtungen im Urlaub in Erinnerung bleiben ;-) Das Frühstück war super lecker und wurde frisch nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Die Wohnanlage ist gut gepflegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Vielen Dank!

Leider war es ohne Heizung etwas kalt. Zum Glück hatten wir jedoch eine Heizdecke.

Wunderbare Oase in mitten von Johannesburg. Sehr liebes Besitzer Paar, süße Tiere. Unsere Unterkunft war gemütlich und blitzblank sauber. Wir hatten als Abendessen das Braiii - müsst ihr unbedingt essen! Das beste Fleisch nach meiner Reise nach Brasilien. Unfassbar gut und alles drumherum so lecker! Wir wurden auch absolut zuverlässig vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Ganz große Empfehlung.

Nichts

David was a wonderful host and made us feel very much at home. It's definitely a place where you'd want to spend more time at the lodge itself than doing things elsewhere. The bar and entertainment area is amazing and "Stokkies" tge steenbok graced us with her presence. David also has a beautiful lodge dog who welcomes you with open paws. All in all, it was an amazing stay and a great breakfast(my son adored tge bacon). Just wished we spent a su.mer day or two enjoying the lodge pool, bar and entertainment area.

Not much I can say in this section. Everything was amazing. I would recommend some firefighters for the fireplace. Had a "Boer Maak n Plan" moment but eventually got it going for the family. It was honestly one of the best places I've stayed at (had an AMAZING shower), and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Super séjour à Ikamus Lodge ! David est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport malgré notre arrivée tardive, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Le logement est très propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner excellent et le jardin magnifique. Un premier contact en Afrique du Sud vraiment chaleureux — les échanges avec David nous ont donné encore plus envie de découvrir la suite du voyage !

Breakfast was good, and David was very helpful with our booking and arranging for late check-out. Inside the property it does not feel like you are in the city.

Please consider replacing the cooking pot and pan - they are not in great condition. Neighbours were noisy with loud music at 1 in the morning, which was very disturbing, but there was nothing that Ikamu's lodge could do about this.
