"It's a classic, authentic Italian hotel with a lot of charm. The thermal pools are great."

rooms very small. Believe robes should be complementary. Played tennis but racquets and balls incredibly old. This is something they could improve very easily. No tea/coffee making facility in the room.

We like absolutely everything: location, beautiful garden with different pools , breakfast most of all people who work there! So nice, so caring and always ready to help with all your problems. Our favorite is Giada,she made our stay so special and fantastic!

Lovely hotel with staff who were attentive and could not do enough to help guests. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and small but well laid out room. Hotel was in great location in centre of town and close to sea front.

The staff were extremely pleasant.

We arrived late in the evening and were put in separate rooms, the following day one of us was moved into the others room. I am uncertain why we were not just put in the same room together in the first instance.
