Loved the location and thermal pools. Great value for money.

The common areas (breakfast, pool, reception area) were great! Breakfast was included and delicious. The only complaint is that the bedroom and bathroom were a bit outdated. We enjoyed our stay!

A glorious resort and thermal spa in the charming town of Lacco Ameno, 10 minutes walk from the public beach and with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff is wonderful, the thermal pools varied and very restorative and our room was large and comfortable. My only criticism would be our tiny tiny shower cubicle but otherwise our five days there were great.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, allen Kundenanfragen gerecht zu werden. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Balkon, obwohl es bei der Buchung nicht angegeben war. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden oft gewechselt. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen (einige Bereiche müssten saniert werden), es hat aber trotzdem seinen Charme von früher behalten. Mückennetze zumindest an einem der Fenster sollten angebracht werden. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist traumhaft, Mehrheit des Personals war sehr freundlich und zweisprachig, es war sehr sauber.

Eine der Personen an der Rezeption war nicht interessiert uns beim Ankunft- oder Rückreise-Shuttleservice zu unterstützen. Auch nicht gegen Zusatzbezahlung. Frühstücksangebot war nicht so toll.

Outstanding staff that always went above and beyond during our stay. Yummy breakfast, lots of thermal baths to try and located in a quiet and walkable area!
