I had contacted the hotel 3 times prior to arrival and nobody ever replied, 2 times in booking and 1 time directly. Service is something different. Unbelievable, unless you do not care about guests.

Ristorante di alto livello, Aldo persona magnifica, si vede che è del mestiere, da collega dico che ci sa fare.

Non c’è il frigo in camera

La location, l’ampia stanza , la cordialità di Aldo e il suo staff e la sua cucina

La tv non funzionava ( penso il decoder) , ma non è stato un problema, ci siamo seduti in giardino ad ascoltare la musica contemplando il paesaggio . Peccato che non facciano servizio colazione ( ma era nell’offerta)

Everything was great! Localization is perfect, beautiful, between nothing. You can find calmness, chill and fun cause of amazing owner Aldo who take care of your stay in every part. Restaurant is beautiful with tasty food and even much better tasting of their own wines. Apartments was so huge, well furnished and comfortable. Additionally you have possibility get to know whole process of production their own (tasty) wines during winery tour. So, if you look for real Tuscany, Cordella in Montalcino Wine Resort is best what you can choose!

Il personale molto disponibile e gentile, la posizione invidiabile e l’ottimo cibo e vino caratterizzano questa location. La consiglio vivamente.

L’unico appunto che faccio è che pur sapendo dalla prenotazione che la colazione non fosse compresa, nei servizi dell’app c’era a pagamento, ma poi in realtà alla richiesta non è stato possibile fare neanche un caffè la mattina. Do comunque il massimo dei voti perché la trovo una cosa migliorabile ma non fondamentale, sicuramente non tanto da inficiare il giudizio.

La familiarità dello staff e soprattutto il ristorante il.signor Aldo a letteralmente coccolato me e mia moglie per due giorni , ieri sera trattamento da Re nella stanza privata vista valle per festeggiare al meglio il nostro 14 esimo anniversario grazie mille ❤️

Nella mia camera non c'era il frigorifero per il.resto top

Aldo is a super nice owner who gave us an incredible dining experience at the restaurant and during the wine tastings. He treated us like guests in his own home. We are also incredibly thankful for his help after we were left without a car due to an accident. He was very kind and helpful, taking us to the villa and, the next morning, to the nearest train station.
