LVThe location right next to the old town was perfect. The apartment had well soundproofed windows with shutters, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It was very spacious, and we especially enjoyed the small balcony. The kitchen was also very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.
The breakfast offered can't really be considered a proper breakfast, as it consisted only of store-bought sweet snacks with a long shelf life. In the future, when looking for apartments with breakfast included, we would probably not choose this one. Also, having just one toilet/bathroom for a family of six was quite challenging, especially since the door couldn't even be locked.
GBThe location was excellent, within walking distance for everything we wanted to see and do. Cristina went out of her way to make us welcome and left us a lovely breakfast for the durationof pur stay.. I would give an 11 out of 10 if I could. We hope to return in the future.

Distance to parking place far from apartment. If you have luggage be ready to go minimum 15 min by foot with heavy luggage. Also breakfast is only snacks. Be ready if you have children better to find hotel with good breakfast in Pisa

GBFantastic spacious & well equipped apartment in a fabulous location. Extremely comfortable. Within easy walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Lovely touch with the breakfast provided. Host very good at messaging although we never met.
RONice people Cristina and Stefano!!! Beautiful apartment and super location, close to the city center. We were 3 families with kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Tasty breakfast and well equipped kitchen.
