Oporto Serviced Apartments - Cedofeita

The staff were very friendly and warmly welcomed us with champagne for our birthdays, which we truly appreciate! The apartment was very spacious, and having a washing machine with capsules was a great bonus. The beds were also very comfortable!

The sound insulation from the windows was quite poor, and since the street is fairly busy, we were disturbed by outside noise from around 6am or even earlier :( maybe this is temporary, as it seems the renovation was in progress of the nearby building

It was very easy to get the apartment keys as we met a member of staff in the restaurant. We were offered a free drink! Unfortunately this was a very tightly planned visit meeting friends who live in Porto so we never really had the time but it was very much appreciated. The apartment exceeded our expectations - the bedrooms were huge and we had our own bathrooms which I'd missed in the listing. The outside terrace was only slightly overlooked and we had a few nice times just having a drink out there and enjoying the relative peace. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything one needed for an extended stay was provided. We will definitely be returning to magical Porto and I pray we can get this same apartment then!

The only gripe is the front door - we had no trouble opening and closing it as some have reported but it does slam shut VERY loudly indeed and sleep was disturbed because of this. They really need to place a dampener of some kind on the door to prevent this.

Mobilier un peu daté. Pas de dosettes de café supplémentaires malgré plusieurs demandes. C'est un détail mais c'est facile à résoudre.

Bel appartement "Virtudes" de 2 chambres, idéal pour une famille ou une week-end entre filles (notre cas), chaque paire dispose de sa chambre et de sa salle de bains/salle d'eau, grand séjour et cuisine séparée. Equipe souriante, disponible et réactive. L'appartement se trouve à 20' en voiture de l'aéroport, il est bien placé : proche des centres d'intérêt (10' à pieds de la librairie "Harry Potter" et 30' à pieds des principales caves de Porto à visiter) tout en restant dans un quartier calme. Tout se fait à pied (pour ceux qui n'ont pas peur des petites côtes). Supermarché très pratique juste en face. Resto de la résidence, où vous sera offert un welcome drink, très sympa. Nous avons pu accéder à la chambre dès 12h30. Très belle prestation.

Le petit déjeuner, à commander via QR code à l'arrivée, est livré au pied de la porte le matin tout en discrétion. Il est plutôt bon et frais mais pas suffisant pour les fans de ce repas matinal (il manque une partie salée). Parce-qu'il faut bien trouver un défaut : livraison chaque jour en sachets papier et coupes/verres plastique, alors que l'appart dispose de vaisselle, fort dommage.

El desayuno espectacular, y muy cómodo porque lo recibes en la habitación. La posibilidad de dejar el coche en el garaje incluso cuando ya habíamos dejado la habitación, por lo que pudimos aprovechar totalmente el último día. el estilo de la habitación, con techos altísimos y balcones enormes, en un edificio con historia muy bien rehabilitado. El detalle de bienvenida con una bebida en la terraza, estupendo.

Lärm von der Straße (Supermarkt direkt gegenüber)

Had a long weekend at Oporto Serviced Apartments. It’s in a very convenient location with all the main sights in the centre within walking distance. We were in Escura apartment which is a two bedroom apartment on the first floor. It was very impressive, with very modern decor. It has the best terrace in the building. Starting from the kitchen it is well equipped with appliances, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle. It has the basics in utensils and crockery. I guess most people won’t cook on a city break. It has an open plan lounge with a bedroom on the mezzanine level which also has a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is on the ground level along with a further bathroom. The beds are both super king and very comfortable as were the pillows. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket directly opposite the front door of the apartments, this is very convenient for supplies, I can recommend the croissants for breakfast. Unfortunately my wife and I were both ill during our visit ( just a virus ) so sadly couldn’t enjoy Porto as we had planned. We will be back sometime in the future and will return to Oporto Serviced Apartments.
