Shower hot water temperamental occasionally scalding / bathroom door needs to be planed by a carpenter to open properly

"Ładny obiekt w centrum miasteczka"

Świetna lokalizacja obiektu, przepiękny widok z okna, apartament i wyposażenie na ogromy duży plus dlatego dałem aż tak wysoką ocenę

Niestety kontakt jest z obiektem jest bardzo słaby :( umawialiśmy się na coś przed rezerwacją, a po rezerwacji brak potwierdzenia i dużo (ostatecznie) niepotrzebnego stresu bo wszystko bylo ok. Ale niestety niesmak pozostał. Na miejscu obsługa też wydawała się miła więc tym bardziej szkoda, że takie odczucia :(

No tiene lavadora ni servicio de laundry. Para los que viajamos con niños pequeños es importante.

"Bel soggiorno"

Esattamente a due passi della promenade, bella struttura, e appartamenti molto spaziosi. Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte, e non abbiamo necessitato dunque di nient'altro se non del letto (comodo) e doccia (moderna e spaziosa come tutto il bagno del resto). Penso che la costruzione sia appunto antica come suggerisce il nome, ma ben ristrutturata con finuture moderne. Bella anche la vista dal balcone sulla baia. Abbiamo comunicato un ritardo sull'arrivo;ci sono state date informazioni su come arrivare, informazioni su dove trovare le chiavi ed in generale pronte risposte alle nostre richieste.

Se viaggiate con bambini e tanti bagagli, tenete conto di dover fare una passeggiata non proprio comodissima , specialmente se seguite il gps (indicazioni di google maps sbagliate), e non le indicazioni corrette dell'host. Sono da salire alcuni scalini (penso una quarantina). Se devo cercare anche un altro pelo nell'uovo...forse proprio per via delle spesse pareti in pietra antica, nel nostro appartamento vi era un vago sentore di muffa.

Good location right in the centre of the old town. Very handy for water taxis to Dubrovnik. Pleasant walks around the harbour and headlands. Excellent restaurants nearby

The stairs were quite numerous. I had hoped that a porter might help but none appeared.
