Please note that there is a 0.88% charge when you pay with a Mastercard or Visa credit card, and a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. A cash bond of $500.00 is required per apartment or a $250 security bond which can be paid by Credit Card pre-authorization. On return of the apartment keys and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damages. Please note that reception closes at 17:00 on Monday to Fridays and 12 noon on weekends. If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange a credit card pre-authorization and after hours key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be canceled. There is a charge if you arrive outside of reception opening hours. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that reception closes at 15:00 on Monday to Fridays and 12 noon on Saturdays. Reception is closed on a Sunday. An afterhours check in is required for Saturdays and Sundays. Due to constructions in the area, some noise may impact the apartment. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
