Royal Decameron Punta Centinela - All Inclusive

1, The beach was nice and clean. 2, Hotel inside and outside surroundings were nice and clean. Inclusive swimming pool. 3, Very professional lifeguard at swimming pool and on the beach. 4, The hotel had very nice bread, cakes and desert. 5, The hotels serve very nice breakfast. 6, We had a very nice room with two bedrooms and with view to the ocean and the pool area. 7, Very high standard of the security at the hotel area inside the hotel and the Beach area. Very positiv and good. 8, the personnel and waiters at the main restaurant was very kind open and was doing the job very well

1, Understaffed at the two bars the hotel has. 2, The pool bar doesn't open until 12pm. incredibly bad. 3, The hotel is fully booked and yet there is only one bar on the beach that is open, and there is only one bartender. On average you wait in line with an average of 20-30 other people, almost always. It can easily take over 20 minutes to get a drink. 4, There are only 2 bartenders at 2 bars to serve this large hotel with drinks. And the hotel is all inclusive. 5, A snak bar restaurant. - Very bad pizza. - Bad fries and incredibly boring and dry. - Bad dry hamburger. - The hotdog that I tasted was with a very old hotdog bread. It is not okay to serve such bad food to customers. 6, We ate at the hotel's special restaurant on my birthday. - The starter was prawns taste like Baker flour & bad tast I immediately gave it back, with a lie message from the chef that it had been cooked too long. 7, My main course did not come until long after my children and wife had finished eating their main course. My birthday. I was so furiously angry, disappointed and at the same time sad for my family. 8, After 5:00pm you can't order cocktail drinks anymore at the two bars. Really critical rating. So bad for the hotel. 9, Lacks care and professionalism when cooking food from the SEA. Overcooked. 10, Buffet was very low quality of various items is below standard for dinner 12pm and especially evening.. 11, Lack of ice cream for the children at the hotel which is only available at the restaurant which is not open limitedly. 12, There are no forms of snak to enjoy with your wine, beer and drinks at the hotel. 13. There are no signs at the bar, snack restaurant and the pool what time they open and close. Inadequate. 14, No staff at reception understand or speak English, Incredibly bad for such a large hotel. 15, Only incredibly few hotel staff can understand or communicate in English 16, Coffee-tea 24 hours a day BUT NO MILK for your Coffee

El entorno hermoso

La ducha estaba resbaloso el piso, sin antideslizante y andaba con 2 adultos mayores de más de 80 años, se me cayó 1, gracias a Dios no paso a mayores y como soy médica le di un antiinflamatorio, la solución fue mandar a limpiar la habitación, no me pareció, pudo ser grave

El personal fue muy amable
