Hotel Club Bon Séjour La Plage

Personnel très accueillants, mais on avait l'impression qu'il découvraient les lieux (turn over des personnels ??) Très bel endroit, idéalement situé. Ensemble très joli et bien décoré mais la propreté laissait à désirer (surtout notre chambre !!)

L’hôtel est magnifique et l’accueil chaleureux franchement je recommande à tous le monde.

We were starving. Very thin food portions ! Breakfast closes at 9.30am. No possibilities to even drink a coffee if you show up late ! They will charge you. Restaurant's chief very nervous... Bad room cleaning. Bad vibes.

We always use this hotel for our France residential. The rooms have recently been refurbished. They are all en-suite and clean. The staff room actually has a sauna - we didn’t have time to use it though! The hotel staff can’t do enough for you. Our various dietary requirements were well catered for, and food was delicious. Staff were always very helpful. The location is wonderful, right on the beach. We didn’t use the pools, but other schools did. Our children enjoyed the disco each night. There are pool tables and there is a bar. It can be a little noisy if other school groups are there at the same time, especially if their supervision isn’t great - but this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Thanks for another great visit. We’ll be back again!

The rooms are fairly big on the top floor. (We fit 6 into effectively 2 rooms in 1). The view over the sea was great and it was a nice location. The pool looked fun, however sadly we weren't allowed to go in. There is a disco every night and a bar with pool tables etc. (all of which you had to pay for). Carole was pleasant and tried her best to help us. However, The food wasn't fantastic. If you are expecting croissants and pain au chocolats for breakfast, you will have to pay a LOT extra - otherwise it is bread and jam. Dinner was awful. The tomato soup was basically the previous night's veggie meal poured into a pan of water (There were bits of spaghetti in the bottom). Be warned that the wifi din't work for most of the trip and when it did, it was slow and had no internet connection. It was in a nice location and was right by the beach - which was particularly handy at night.
