Citronela Lodge Corcovado

This cabin was a lovely place to stay. The owner and the family were so nice, kind and welcoming. They made us a meal so we didn't have to drive anywhere. The cabin has a lovely, private and peaceful deck to sit on. Loved the bathroom with the exposed window. At dawn it was great to hear the birds and monkeys etc. The way the cabins are set out is great, nobody is overlooking anybody and the gardens surrounding them are lush and pretty. It's a little way out of town but that's the beauty of the place. Quiet, pretty, surrounded by nature with some nice walks along the lanes.

There was only one thing I think the room could have done with and that is a fridge. Doesn't have to be a big one just somewhere to keep your things cool.

Beautiful oasis in the jungle. The Casitas were amazing with a jungle view from the balcony and open shower (with hot water too)!! It was very clean and comfortable. The family that runs it were very sweet and fun. Having breakfast and dinner right on the property was an added bonus. The food was very tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing lodge in the centre of the jungle but still close to Drake Bay Town. Located in the joungle we could see tucans, parrots, dozens of monkeys just setting in the lodge or taking the shower :) it was very exciting to be so close to the nature. Drive by car to the Town taken 10 minute by dirty Road so car is useful. There is a lovely isolated beach half way. You will get the directions from the Lodge owner. At the lodge the host offers traditional food for brakfast and dinners of take awans at really competitive Price. In the Town there is also a variety of restaurants and bars. Amazing experience of being isolated in the jungle but at the same time so close to the town. Rooms really clean and property very tidy and clean.

Internet is available in common area not in the lodge what is obvious because we are in the jungle :)

We stayed for one night and we liked this place. The room was big enough with private bathroom and a balcony. It was good kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet place.
