Palácio SantAnna

Ubicación en bonito barrio tranquilo, junto al barrio y Facultad de Medicina, con parque de los Mártires lleno de aves y miradores excelentes, caminable al mismo centro bajando el cuestarrón. Me dieron una habitación superior con dos balcones y vistas espectaculares. Manteniendo el buen precio que contraté. El edificio es un joya, un palacio de verdad, con las zonas comunes muy bien decoradas y prácticas, silencioso, varias terrazas y patios. Fácil socializar con otros huéspedes. Muy buen trato con el servicio, atendieron enseguida-

Aunque los baños son compartidos no tuve que esperar nunca y estaba cerca. Lo mismo con las duchas, en la planta de abajo. Limpieza total. Como en casi todos los edificios antiguos con el suelo de madera es algo ruidoso, en este mucho menos pues están en buenas condiciones. pero si eres de sueño ligero te recomiendo echar unos tapones por si oyes tránsito en pasillos mientras descansas.

Me quedé 4 días, tuve que usar dos habitaciones diferentes, porque no había lugar en la misma. Me encantó, la primera habitación enorme con una bella panorámica de Lisboa. Destaco mucho la calidad de las toallas, nuevas, blancas y sin olor a humedad, también las sábanas blancas de buen material y la comodidad de colchón. Fue muy buena experiencia!!!

Cómo no tuve opción la segunda habitación era pequeña y cerca de la puerta de salida. Yo no la hubiera elegido, es ruidoso cuando abren y cierran, es muy ruidoso el golpe. Sugiero un sistema de cerrado más silencioso si se puede.!!!

Great Location

Rooms not advertised with transparency/clarity. Staff did not come across as particularly friendly neither truthful. Rooms were as bare as bones with no TV, no toiletries available.

- the room was the best thing about this hotel. even it was small, it was very comfortable, tidy, clean, and located on the ground floor. even without air conditioning, the small fan provided was enough for me. the towels were also very thick and good quality. - location was very good, but the hotel is situated on a steep hill, so i had to walk uphill every time i returned from going out. it was quite tiring for people who walk around all day but i understand that this is normal in lisbon since the city is very hilly. - special thanks to the host for being very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

- however i found that all the door knobs were very difficult to open. the bathroom door and room door were too tight, and all the doors were very noisy when opening and closing. the main door especially made a very loud noise at night, which was quite disturbing. i was not bothered by people noise, but the sound of the doors was really irritated - there were also quite a lot of mosquitoes around the sofa area, but it was not a big issue for me since i did not spend time there. - the kitchen was okay, but it would be better if they could provide some basic items such as coffee powder, tea, or mineral water for guests

Bien situé - Secteur calme - Batiment de caractère

J'ai fait le choix du 1er prix et j'ai eu une chambre composée de 2 pièces . La fenêtre était dans dans le dressing/bureau et inaccessible ( la poignée située environ à 1.80m). La pièce avait été extrêmement désodorisée au point d'être incommodant pour respirer et dormir. A ce signalement sur cette situation, la direction m'a répondu que je ne pouvais pas m'attendre à autre chose à ce prix et m'a signifié que je cherchais à obtenir une chambre de la gamme au dessus sans payer plus. Ce qui n'était pas ma demande. J'aurais aimé savoir à la réservation sur Booking, que je logerai dans une chambre quasi sans fenêtre...

L’emplacement, le cachet de la maison, la gentillesse du personnel. La cuisine. La possibilité de laver du linge. Les conseils sur le séjour

Il pourrait y avoir un petit peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisine et l’eau des douches n’était pas toujours bouillante.
