the space itself was fine and well described. good for four people.

the address on booking.com was completely wrong! the other side of town. we spent an hour driving through crumbling back roads looking for a property that didn't exist. I can abide anything but outright lies.

The location is great! View is spectacular as well. Rooms and bathroom are quite large. Piero is very helpful. He started heating the rooms before we arrived since it was very cold. He even came at once when I told him that the hot water had finished.

For some reason we finished without hot water. For the breakfast we had only different types of cakes and croissants but there was nothing salato as the Italians say. The mattress we found it too hard.

The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable and fragrant. Piero waited for us until night as our flight was delayed. They took care of us every day and we didn't miss anything. The location is not directly by the sea, but there are free spas nearby.

Wifi was not working properly

Absolutely wonderful bed-and-breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful host who communicated with us the whole time, and very clean and tidy rooms. The host even helped us by giving us a ride to take our rented car, as our flight was severely delayed the evening before. If you want to enjoy fresh air, be close to Lamezia but still have peace and quiet, this is the place to rent.
